I am a big believer in feeding your skin and giving it proper nutrients from within with a healthy Diet and pure water and only to use natural products on the actual surface of my skin. I use Carly's Clear and Smooth Moisturizer, a natural moisturizer from ebay (no petroleum products at all--it is all natural), shea butter, coconut butter, and from health2go.com I use a shea/mango moisturizer that is out of this world. They call it the 30 second face lift and I love it. I don't use the same thing everyday but pick and choose what kind of mood I am in. I have run into old friends lately that tell me I look great. I hope its true. I feel great!!! I use the coconut oil as a hair treatment too. I think it does wonders with my dry hair and skin.
