Sorry, but D'Adamo has completely missed the boat on coconut oil. He makes it an avoid for ALL blood types, which means it is basically not fit for human consumption. Tell that to the billions of people in Asia who have consumed it for thousands of years, have better skin tone than westerners, don't suffer from western diseases when they follow traditional diets rich in coconut, etc.
