i agree that its susceptible to rancidity. i only buy mine refrigerated in small amounts for this reason. but what exactly do you mean by "whole grain" i mean i buy most of this type of stuff in bulk at the co-op and they have oat groats and oat flakes and various other things. nothing is labeled "whole oats" or "whole wheat head" or whatever. so what exactly am i looking for?
