Hey thanks for having me.

My husband made me some of the soup bone chicken soup or something
like that tonight. We eat alot of lacto-fermented veggies now.
Olive and coconut oil etc.

I am actually currently dealing with a health issue, i think i might
have a parasite. I will be doing a cleanse soon to hopefuly eradicate
the problem as it is making me very ill. Any ideas?
