Bragg's is raw, it says so on the label and the mother is always in mine. I remember how gross I used to think it looked when my mom would buy it and I would tell her not to drink it because we had looked at vinegar eels under the microscope in biology class and they are in unpasteurized vinegar. (Not dangerous; they pass right through humans)
