Hi, I just found this website yesterday. I am trying to process all the info as fast as possible so I can start cleansing. I have been on allergy/ asthma medication for five years. I am so happy for you victory over allergies! How awesome! I long to be a healthy person again! I wondered what Liver Cleanse you did. What is the Epsom Salt recipe? I have very little money to spend on additional suppliments for myself. Have you found a good Bowel Cleanse recipe?
