I've been making quinoa rejuvelac....are you supposed to throw away the first batch of liquid? Presumably yes due to the phytates (as you do when you're sprouting). Some sites say you can drink rejuvelac after the first soak but there isnt much info on quinoa. Also with quinoa there's the issue of the saponins. The first batch did taste nice though...sweet, but I chucked it away as I wasnt sure. Any rejuvelac pros here?
