Has anyone tried adding flaxseed oil to the mayo recipe? I currently use Spectrum's Omega 3 mayo (w/flaxseed), but would like to try making the one in Nourishing Tradiions but with the addition of flaxseed. Any ideas on how much to add to the recipe? Thank you.
