Well, I think it looks like you're not getting enough good fats. I would add in at least extra virgin coconut oil, and extra virgin olive oil, and a good fish oil if you'll consider it. I would also like to know why you are drinking soy milk, my #1 recommendation would be to stop drinking it. How about making almond milk, instead. Also not sure why you are drinking the pineapple and apple juice. Hope you are diluting that at least 50/50 when you drink it, and only 4 oz. a day or so.
Vegetables and fruits are the best carbs. Don't go crazy with the fruits, they are healthy but still contain a whole lot of carbs, simple Sugar which is quickly dumped in the blood stream. Especially while you are trying to get off sugar, the less fruits you can eat, the better - on the other hand, if you're having a craving, better to eat fruit than to eat a donut! Vegetables are the eat-all-you want category (potatoes don't count). I consider them "the best carb." You might want to start making your own fermented vegetables, that is part of the NT theory, and I know MH says they are highly cleansing. Whole grains follow closely thereafter, but it's better if you soak them before cooking them.
It sounds like you are eating pretty well, overall, and doing good in eliminating those toxic refined carbohydrates and sugars. I assume you are only using itsy-bitsy amounts of those cane sugars. Raw honey, way to go.
One other tip, don't eat deli meats, they have all kinds of scary things added like nitrites . If you like turkey then just buy turkey.
You might want to check out http://www.westonaprice.org as they have a lot of information.
