I was home schooled and one of the many benefits was eating lunch at home everyday. I learned to cook at an early age and would often cook our family's meals. My dad would come home from work most days and join us for lunch. You can't beat a home-cooked meal and I still think that is the ideal. Too bad it is not realistic for most people.
