Hi,

I'm new here! I would love to ask Norris6 a question; actually anyone who knows the answer, please feel free to respond. I've never heard of taking the apple cider vinegar and molasses for anemia. I'm severely low in iron and have tried the supplement route. Currently I'm taking a liquid supplement that promises to be available to my body in 3-5 minutes, however I can tell it's not enough for my needs although I have had some benefit from it. I was thinking about trying to add a regular capsule supplement back into my diet but your method sounds much more appealing as it fits the lifestyle I'm trying to achieve. Where does the cod liver oil fit in? I know it's a good source of omegas, but does it support the uptake of iron? To give you a better understanding I had gastric bypass a little over two years ago, consequent to this procedure I fight malnourishment due to the change they made to my GI. So getting nutrition to upload for me is always a challenge. As a result I’m left taking vitamin B12 shots to support the iron my body needs. This is why my family has made the change to a more traditional way and organic of eating. I want to make sure that what I can upload is the best it can be. How much and how often do you take them? Thanks for all your comments and input in advance.
