I just read another post by Bob, who does not take the ornithine capsules. He said he does not believe in them. So, I guess whatever you decide. The pills will not affect the outcome of your cleanse, but your sleep pattern may be affected.

The bottle I purchased was not cheap, so if you are on a budget, take that into consideration. They are not habit forming and I believe you may take from 4-8 capsules. I took 8.

The flush is not painful at all. I enjoyed doing them. There's just something about knowing you are doing such a wonderful thing for your body is a great feeling!!
