Not sure about a complete probiotic formula but check out this site:

at the site you read the main message on probiotics by clicking the "Probiotics" on the flash page. Easier navigation can be made using the "product/solution" links/bar at the top left. Most of the underscored words/phrases (mostly in color) are also links.
