Mmmm - that sounds good!

I made a fresh milled grain bread with yoghurt in the bread machine and used yeast and it was pretty darned good from a flavour point of view -- it was too dense though, and I thought afterwards actually half the point was to avoid the yeast so now I am trying adding some baking soda to get a little *rise* -- we shall see!
