Hi I posted a few days ago asking about making yogurt. As I said I am thinking of making my own yogurt in a bid to try to help with Candida. I want to know what is the best kind of Kifer if I want to make Kifer Yogurt? Would it be Kifer grain or Kifer starter Culture and what is the differnce between the two? I read on another site that the starter culture is no were near as good as the grain, but they didn't say why. The thing is that I have seen somewhere in the UK where I can get the starter culture from, so this would be easier then sending off to Dom in Auss, however if the grains are better I would rather do this. Can I also ask, if I do get the grains can I then grow my own?
