Hi momof,

I am just replying as I am keen to correspond with people on the Nourishing Traditions ideas, but notice that there has been no activity here since I posted 13 days ago, until your post!

I haven't tried the tomato ketchup recipe but maybe now I will after your recommendation -- my personal project is to get a decent bread-machine bread up and running -- not a sourdough as I don't have the patience for that as yet ;-) but a yoghurt bread -- not perfect but I hope it will be a decent compromise and not take too much time to do..
