Ok, it is now almost noon and I still have not passed any stones and the last few times, none of the tiny green bits either. I do think that the last dose of Mag. Citrate (cherry flavor) was a mistake. It passed through my system in about 1/2 an hour and was excreted as 2 hours worth of pink projectile diarrhea. YAY. And this time, there was enough bile as well to burn.

I did have some solid food and we will see what happens next.

Quick question. Would magnesium in a tablet form work or would the dosage be problematic? These are Magnesium Oxide, maybe that would not be the right form. I just wondered for all the people who have trouble with ES.
