I have done several liver/gallbladder cleanses so far. Most have released some stones but not a lot. I suspect that this is due to the fact that I don't preceed the flushes with lots of apples or apple juice for a couple days beforehand. Because of hypoglycemia I don't handle fruit very well.

Has anyone used Malic Acid tablets instead of apples/juice before the liver flush? If so, how much malic acid and for how long?
