Yes...with the Bach Flower Essences you have to take 4 drops on your tongue 4 times daily! Be very regular about it. It really won't release any blockages if you're not regular.

It's good to follow mental hints and signs....that's great!

How are you feeling? Larch gives one confidence and the feeling of sunshine beaming down on them....the feeling that you CAN do anything...

Maybe you need a combination? If you tell me how you're feeling we could narrow down a good essence combo for you...
