Flower Essences act on the electrical system to provide patterns to restore you to balance. Grief is a natural process; it won't end the process. You have to feel what you have to feel. The FE will just help you to go through it, perhaps faster, because it helps you to be present in the now rather than in denial. It will strengthen you to do what you need to do.
