Yes! I have been using bach flower remedies for some time now... I first used Rescue Remedy about 8 years ago! And it is WONDERFUL!! Any stress, discomfort of any kind is immediately relieved by taking a few drops!

Amazing! I totally love using it! I have also mixed my own blends for various emotional symptoms and I just love the ease I feel after a few days!
