I have recently stopped drinking alcohol. I was drinking a quart of vodka a day (slowly over 16 hour period, but that's still a lot of alcohol) and have been for 5-6 years.

I had my gall bladder removed 7 years ago.

I did the lemon juice/olive oil/ Epsom Salt flush last night and this morning there were only a few "green things" about the size of large peas (smaller than a marble) and that's it. Everything else is liquid diarrhea.

I take 6 Milk Thistle caplets every day (3 AM & PM). Could my liver be "clean" because of that???
