Thanks Starbrite for answering my questions...I hope you are feeling better. I saw that you were having problems with the Epsom Salts . Somebody suggested you use Magnesium Citrate...what does Magnesium Citrate do? Can anyone tell me? My mom has gall stones and she wants to do a flush but she has had really bad diarrhea and I know using Epsom Salt wouldn't be a good idea. Right now she is doing a kidney cleanse with Hydrangea Root and oragnic apple juice...which I don't know if this is a good idea either because these are both good for eliminating wastes too. Any ideas anyone???? I am afraid if she does a Olive-Oil and lemon juice flush a gall stone or more will get stuck in the duct and then she will really be in pain.
I have read and read and read on this, there is so much information out there it is so easy to get discouraged and confused. Thanks for any ideas.
