Hi Boyz,
You will love reading the book Amazing Liver Cleanse. You can buy it on the internet as a Portable Document File (PDF) which you can read on your computer immediately after paying for it. There is no travel, or waiting, and it is much cheaper than the paper version which costs more, plus the mail delivery charge.
It is not likely that your local library in Singapore will have Andreas' book, but you can always try! The paper version is available at Barnes and Noble and Borders-type large chain stores, as well as from Amazon.com, but you will probably have to order it from them. I find the electronic version easier to use because I can search for words within it very fast.
Stopping the liver cleanse after starting it is not recommended, which is why I mentioned the required commitment a couple weeks ago, before you started it. Once you do some more learning, and decide that you do want the benefits of a clean liver you can get organized and do it right, repeating it for as long as it takes. The reward is worth the effort and commitment. Eating apples, taking coffee enemas, drinking salt water, really have nothing to do with the Amazing Liver Cleanse, so there is no advice on those matters here for you. Other forums in Curezone have many experts in those ares and I'm sure you can get all the advice you can stand over there.
The cholesterol stones in the liver form very slowly, and the body can adapt to their presence and maintain homeostasis to a large degree. You never really notice the loss of health because it is so gradual and the body is so adaptable. But when you go in there with a liver cleanse and stir everything up, you lose the benefit of the finely tuned state of compensation which the liver and body have created to keep functioning at highest possible efficiency given the presence of stones. Now the stirred up liver stones are free to slide down the bile ducts inside the liver and bump into each other, sticking together and growing into larger clumps. These larger clumps block even more bile than the small, separated stones did. When you stop the liver cleansing, these new clumps will stay in the liver and cause the liver and body to try to adapt to the new situation. This takes time and there is no promise that it can adapt to the degree it had attained over many years of slow and discreet stone formation. By stopping your cleansing now, those liver stones will stay in the liver and cause more problems than if you had never cleansed the liver at all.
However, you can chose anything you wish, and you can stop it anytime, and accept the side effects caused by the remaining stones. It is likely that you have only removed or stirred up the stones in your gallbladder, not really affecting anything in your liver since you did no preparation work to reach the small stones in the deep parts of the liver.
If you cannot make a commitment to complete the liver cleanse by doing up to 30 more cleanses over the next 2 or three years, then it might be better for you to stop now and live with a stoned liver which has adapted to the stones, than to continue cleaning the liver stones and then stopping because that could cause some major complications.
If you choose to continue doing liver cleansing I and most everybody in this forum would suggest you only use the method outlined in the book mentioned above. Don't use the Clark method or any other method until you have learned how to use the Amazing Liver cleanse way and have become experienced in liver cleansing. Andreas' method is SAFE for anyone to use, if they follow the directions. No other cleansing method is safer for a beginner to try on their own. But that includes colonics, pre-cleansing with apple juice, diet change and all the rest of it. It is a big commitment and a personal sacrifice if you want to get results. Some of us have health conditions which are serious enough to make it worth this kind of personal sacrifice in comfort and convenience in order to get the benefits of the cleanse so we do whatever it takes.
I stopped liver cleansing twice, but it was really only gallbladder cleansing that I did. My first cleanse was Hulda clark cleanse, and I did that in 1996. I did another cleanse in 1998, and then 3 more this year when I learned more from Andreas' book. I had no bad problems after the first or second cleanses, although my original health problems remained unaffected, even after removing dozens of stones larger than half inch. After the last cleanse #5, I was constipated for several weeks with light colored stools, because bile flow was severely disrupted by the cleanse, even though I got a lot of stones out. This is why one should not stop cleansing until it is complete.
Good luck in whatever you decide to do.
With Love,
Rich
