Yeah you probably want to do the following things.

- Take some kind of herbal Antibiotic such as garlic and grapeseed.
- Break down the stones with Jin Qian Cao (Gold Coin Grass) very important if you want to take the gradual/safe way. You probably want to take this for about a month or so.
- Finally try a flush to get rid of the shit.
