Hey bud! I am totally in your same boat. With the problems you listed and frustration. I am trying to know how to start my first cleanse as well. Let me know specifically what you did and how it helped, so I can follow suit. Like what ingredients you used, how you made it, time frame of each drink, etc. Thanks for help.
