I used the basal temperature test first thing in the morning and found that my resting body temp is around 97.0. I believe that this signals a hypothyroid condition.

What do you suggest to help boost the thyroid hormones T3 and T4? I've heard that you can take Armour Thyroid, but would rather not take prescriptions.

Is there a way to get my thyroid to produce the right level of hormones?
