I know you are glad to have completed your flush and that you are not going to give up!! You sound like a fighter.

Which recipe did you follow? What food did you consume the day of your flush? The Epsom Salt mixture always cleans me out BEFORE I take the olive oil mixture, so the stones that I pass the next morning are easily seen. I use Dr. Clark's recipe. Usually the day of my flush, I try to eat light. The one time I did not made a difference in the flush. It was not as successful.
