Hi guys. I have candida and general bad bowel flora. I was trying to fix it with kefir, but the kefir seems to make me worse! I get an inflamed throat and all kinds of misery when I start drinking enough of it. Unless I drink only like a 100mL or so in a day. But I'm not convinced it's therapeutic for bowel dysbiosis in those quantities.

Any ideas?
