Lack of gas after switching to goats by Yakumo ..... Kefir Grain Support Forum

I recently switched from cow's milk to goat's milk for my kefir. But I find that the kefir I'm making makes much less "fizz" than the cow's kefir I was making. Anyone know why? Maybe it's just a side-effect while the grains adjust to the new medium? It seems like the goat's milk kefir is hardly teeming with life like my old cow's milk kefir was .
