All you flushers,

I just did my third flush (Clark method). I am at 8 am and ready to take the final dose of Epsom Salts . I am beginning to tolerate it pretty well at room temperature with a little apple juice the balance the taste. So far I have gotten a fist full of stones. This is more than my first two flushes combined. They are tan and green. The yellow gravel I got last time and the first time is much smaller in size. I have been taking chanca peidra and Gold Coin Grass with Coptis in the evening to stimulate bile flow for about 3 weeks since my last flush(www.sensiblehealth.com). So far everything is going pretty well. I felt lots of pressure last night after lying down with olive oil taken. It was like getting a vitamin stuck half way down, but not painful---just pressure. I felt it move so I will report if I have anything more or unusual for your information. I just love being able to do this for myself!!!!!
