i have been restricting dairy from my diet for over a year now. I recently introduced kefir made with goats milk. I have come out in loads of hives all over my chest and forehead, is this reaction to be expected or is it just an intolerance to milk?? i dont want to use soy milk either as i am trying to avoid oestrogenic foods. any thoughts??
