Are you casein intolerant or allergic?

Try going off kefir for awhile and see if the your symptoms get better. That may tell you whether or not its related to the milk kefir. Actually the Tibetan monks will take a hiatus from kefir from time to time I've read. Maybe too much of a good thing?....
