Hello Everyone!

I recently started drinking Kefir from Helios, and I love it. Some day I will learn to make it myself and use stevia instead of sugar!

I have noticed an incredible increase in the amount of urine I am passing. Does anyone know what that is indicating? Is the Kefir making my kidneys more efficient?

I also noticed a slight weight gain. I drink about 2-6 oz a day. Is this common?
