You are so kind and I appreciated what you said. The one mistake I made with my 1st cleanse: Dr. Clark suggests taking L-Ornithine capsules before you go to sleep. I did not that night and I did not sleep very well. Now, I always take 8 of the capsules and I have had no problem sleeping.

I tell you what---yesterday I got a new Bose Radio/CD, so my next cleanse, I will have that bad boy cranked up to some really good soothing music!I always try to convince my sweet husband I should get presents for holidays like Memorial Day, Labor Day, Fourth of July, etc. I succeeded this past holiday and that is what I got. Ha
