sounds like you have irritable bowel syndrome....what that is, is that some people lack enzymes in the intestine (gut) that help regulate your serretonin in the brain.
my son has this issue and that is why no antidepressant didnt help.
we now watch what he eats....more regular bowel movements have helped the release of built up serretonin levels in the brain.
