On the first cleanses I got out small stones, lots of them, like peas, then the second batch of cleanses I did about 8 months later produced huge stones, I really wondered how I could have had them inside of me without knowing, one was nearly and inch long and luckily only about half an inch across, but pretty scary to look at, and there were others that were rounder but not as long, so pretty big ones. They were all the cholesterol variety, really green inside. I just did two more cleanses the first one I got about 30 small stones out, from pea size to just tiny ones, and only one o two on the last cleanse. I think it takes a long time to get them all, so don't give up after just a few cleanses, especially if the ultrasound is showing you still have stones. Apparently ultrasounds only show up a few of them, but I guess we are all different. I really find that doing an enema before taking the olive oil and grapefruit juice at bed time and then another one when I get up in the morning, really helps me feel better and get on my feet faster. Just a suggestion and maybe you don't want to go there!
