Dr. Vinograd,

From time to time I suffer from Trigeminal Neuralgia and at times the pain is so intense I want to remove my jaw from my head. I do no want to take Tegretol or any other drug if there is another way. Can you suggest nutrients,hemopathic treatments or perhaps accupuncture? I do take a substantial number of vitamins (Life Extension) but apparently not the right one for this nerve pain.

My marital relationship is in troubled though we are receiving counseling. Is emotional stress a contributing factor?
