Hi,

I appreciate your info. I am trying to be very careful. I have been very patient with all the doctors. I am now getting impatient with feeling cruddy.

I have been reading about nutrition for 4-5 years. Real nutrition-not just fads.

The cleansing thing is new to me. I knew about juice fasting etc.

I figured diet was the first place to start.

I am still looking for an idea of what I am experiencing now.

any thoughts?
