Hi,

I've been a bit lax a couple of times and did not put the pads on. However, I am halfway through my third box. The output is much less now, gray in colour.

I had gotten to the stage where I was having quite a lot of stomach acid so I knew that it was time for a major cleansing (in fact, I am about to launch into several) and I now do not have trouble with acid, so I know that I have had some cleansing done. As well, a bump on my forehead is diminishing; my skin also seems to be softer.

My husband is finding the same thing. I don't know if my son in LA has ordered another box and I have to get his info from him yet. The fellow here who smokes, did the first box and has been quite forgetful (!) about getting his second box going.

I daresay that just because you are alive and eating, you will have output on the pad. If you did a major cleansing and changed your diet to one of living foods, I wonder what the output would be then? In order to stay alive, the body is constantly detoxing, right?
