Opening the bite is very delicate and should be done by a TMJ expert. Have your dentist lower the height of your new temps and see if that reduces your symptoms.
The kidney pain may be related to your anxiety. If it continues once your other symptoms have improved and your anxiety has dissipated, get them examined.
