hi, i am currently on a candida cleanse, and body is not happy! varying degrees of pain are slicing through the right side of my torso under my ribs. right now i am okay, but there were a couple of times it was so owie that i even considered visiting a hospital..this is a last resort for me (i like the idea of keeping all my organs). would a Water Fast with Epsom Salt drinks and regular enemas be healing/appropriate? what do you think i might do?
