Oh my, I worry about you. Accutane is very dangerous, certainly not worth the risks for supposed clear skin. I can tell you what cleared up my skin and that was bowel cleansing using the B&P (Bentonite and Psyllium) shakes. I never thought I would feel comfortable without makeup and it's amazing that now I do! My skin also used to be really oily as well and it is much much better. You need to do some internal cleansing and detoxing and I would seriously consider getting off the Accutane. I hope they told you of all the risks. You CAN have clear skin without prescription medication or the latest and greatest skin care product on the market. I'm not sure about Saw Palmetto. Take care.
