One thing that comes to mind regarding all the flushes and coffee enemas is dehydration. Caffeine is very dehydrating to the body. This could be one piece of the puzzle... and possibly one causitive factor behind your dry skin. Water is very essential for the body to function properly. Filtered or steam distilled water is best as it has little or no contaminants.
