I suffer from Depression and high anxiety! Ive take prozac zoloft and paxil they all were good for a few months then they would do a swith on me. Iwould feel numb I didn't care about anything and nohting bothered me. I hated that feeling. Then sometimes they would acctually make have fits of anger and rage especially going off them!
Drugs suck! I know they are nessisary sometimes but now i try to get natural solutions.

Herbs like 5-htp (the best!)and kava kava, st johns wort (witch did nothing for me personally but they say helps. there are others you must investagate. 5-htp is great! My friends mom has severe Depression and delusions and other problems and she take five 5-htp a day and it works good for her.
