I want to do a flush this weekend (2 days off in a row!) But I have a problem. I have candida & this makes fruit juice off limits. I also have problems with Magnesium (& Epsom Salts have MG in them).

I looked at several flushes-but they all have stuff in them that would make me ill. Are there any "PC" flushes around?

I have heard this can help universal allergies, which I have. I am just afraid of the fall out!

Any suggestions?
