I would agree with you not to put so much stock in the ...I heard this..or read that...I prefer a more evidence based approach myself...I jsut love to look at data and studies!!

I also like to evaluate the risk and benefits before trying something. I have posted some of the protocols I have tried on other forums at curezone...some of them I haven't been impressed with at all and think they are garbage!! Some other protocols have been working for me. I know if I start stating what I have and have not done someone will take offense and start calling me a troll or a pharma plant so I won't encourage them by posting any information...it should all be in the archives for you to read!!


I am glad you have convinced yourself of the benefits and feel good about what you are doing.
