if youare as congested as i was lol !!
i rubbed it all over and regrettedit lol i was mass draining every where!!
in future.. i will just do one aea at a time...
maybe cause i ahd also done 2 weeks inot a kidney cleanse prior/ mad emy body more ready to fludh/drain...
bu ti am STILL drainign !!lol ! even thoi stopped the oil after 4 days about and it has been probably aobut 2 weeks now!
so go easy .. and see wha thappens *)
aslo relaly over looke dbasic simple breathe...

if you prctice deep slow breathing fillin g from abdomen up as a routien way to breaht / t brign syour body in to a better alkaylien state *)
vs shallow breathe we noramlly take with out thinking 8)
this also will probably help your headaces too . sicen it gets more oxygen to your brain and all organs 8)
