I just started taking 60mg of Co-Q10 everyday and this has helped me. My gums are receding also and last time I was at the dentist they were puffy and red and bled easily. Plus it always felt like I could never get my teeth clean and could literally scape the plaque off my teeth AFTER brushing. Since starting the Co-Q10 about 2 weeks ago this has all gone away. I am so amazed!
