Hi Cathay!!

I began with the liver cleanse. I then purchased Dr. Clark's book " The Cure For All Diseases " and read that. I had not done any other cleanse until I tried The Master Cleanse after my third liver cleanse. I failed miserably with The Master Cleanse. (But I will try again) I then "attempted" to build a zapper (Dr. Clark made it sound easy)---failed miserably at that, too. So, I purchased one and I have been hapily zapping since. The only thing I noticed from zapping were "rice-looking" things during BM. That was a type of parasite. The green rope during the 1st cleanse that you asked about was solid bile. I am pretty sure of that.

I guess I have never gotten weak during a cleanse because I have not completed the other cleanses as you have done. But, you may have given me encouragement to get going!! Thanks!
